In 2004, St. Roch introduced the interactive computer screens called Smartboards to the school community.

Each homeroom class has not only uses the interactive screen, but the SMARTNOTEBOOK software that enables teachers to design lessons with graphics and tables.

Students enjoy the flexibility that the SMARTBOARDS provide during the lesson. Students may draw or type in color, highlight important notes of any lesson, and create links to the internet.
Technology Instructional Program

Kindergarten through Grade 8 are incorporated into a network system.

Students take classes in the computer room with the computer teach.

Students learn the use of technology through the operating system of Windows XP.

Students learn how to create classroom projects and presentations
for core subjects by using these software programs:

Microsoft

Microsoft Word
