New Volunteers for School Related Activities and the Sports Program Watch the St. Roch school newsletter postings of the Protecting God's Children Workshop. or Check the St. Louis Archdiocese's website for the listings of Protecting God's Children workshops. You may apply on line for the child abuse screening, and turn in a copy of the report to the St. Roch School Office. Go to: www.dhss.mo.gov/FCSR/ click on the left hand side of screen : Register Online (new) Fill out the form and pay with credit card. Print out the receipt as directed. Return the receipt and a copy of the actual report to the school office to be used in the St. Roch DATA BASE. Student Accident Insurance Student accident insurance is available to any family in our school who may be interested. This coverage is offered through United Healthcare StudentResources, a very reputable company that has been dealing with student accident insurance for many years. To find out more information about the program, access the United Healthcare’s website at www.k12StudentInsurance.com. Online enrollment is also available at this site. Follow directions from there to view plan materials or enroll online.
Coverage may be purchased at any time throughout the school year. Coverage will be effective 24 hours after enrolling online.
Registration Registration fees are non-refundable and are $200 per child for Kindergarten to Grade 8. $130 per child for preschool. Make one check per program out to St. Roch. ind Preschool Registration for the 2010-2011 school year is on going. Call Gloria Openlander for a tour at 314-721-2595.
Kindergarten Registration St. Roch is accepting Kindergarten Registration for the Class of 2010. Your child must be five by August 1. You may call the school office to arrange for a school tour at 314-721-2595. If you know of a family that currently is not enrolled in the St. Roch Preschool and has a child that meets the age requirements for Kindergarten, then please call them and inform them of this notice. The Yearbook Staff invites students and parents to submit photos for the
yearbook. If you've got great photos of school and community events or
you and your friends just having fun, we'd like to see them. Our
photographers can't be everywhere. Help us get as many photos as

eScrip Registration; To register for St. Roch School Association go on line at www.eScrip.com or call the number on the card. Our ID NUMBER IS 6611473. Office Depot will donate 5% of your purchase to our school. St. Roch's ID Number is 70057531. Soup Kitchen Preschool to Grade 8: St. Roch is in the process of collecting soup cans throughout the school year. What to bring? Any size can of soup and variety. Grade 7 and 8 students will pick up soup cans once a month from homeroom classes and deliver them to the soup kitchen. Field Trips: Parent Signature must be on the School Field Trip Permission Slip sent home by the classroom teacher in order for the student to attend the school or class field trip. Phone Permission, Faxes or personal notes are UNACCEPTABLE. PARENT ALERT!
Snow Watch Watch TV channels 2, 4, and 5. It is a must for you to watch more than one channel in case closing is on another viewing station and not the one you are watching. School closing posting should appear by 7:30 AM. In the event that school is NOT closed please use your judgment for attending school. With so many zip codes, it is difficult to consider the driving conditions of each neighborhood. Do not call the Parish House for school closing information.
